The Russia and America share the diplomatic and trade based relationship. While the countries are making the steps forward to make the stable relationship between them, the same is also boosting the immigration between the America and Russia.

There are business visas, tourist visas, and student and work visas available to the Russians by the USA government. However, there are certain difficulties in the above visa as they have a tedious and complex procedure or they may require certain specific documents or permissions. This kind of visa also comes up with backlog issues.

EB-5 Visa Requirements

The EB-5 program is the scheme introduced by the USA government with basic two conditions.

• One needs to make the investment in the New Commercial enterprise or any other business as specified in scheme amounting US $1.8 million or US $900,000 plus the processing overhead cost, legal and filing fees subject to the area of investment.
• The investment should be able to generate 10 full-time jobs.

EB-5 Visa Process

The scheme does have a procedure which is easy to follow. First, you need to file the petition I-526 in which you will declare the amount of investment, the business where you are investing and other details. On approval of this petition, the investor will be able to have conditional permanent residency in the USA along with his spouse and dependent children which you can enjoy by adjusting your status.  The last step after clearing interview is filling of  I-829 with the evidence that you have followed the rules of the scheme. On approval of it, the investor will get the Green card.
